WHAT IS IT?
As we are in lockdown we though it might be a good idea to run a little healthy eating challenge, to keep us all motivated together!
The idea is mega simple.....over 4 weeks eat 800g of fruits and/or vegetables, by weight, every day!
No foods are eliminated, so in theory you can eat whatever you want... BUT only fruits and vegetables count toward your 800g target total for the day. You can eat the fruit and veg of your choice!
Raw, cooked, canned or frozen; it doesn’t matter! If you can weigh it as a standalone and unprocessed fruit or vegetable, you can count it. Yep, that’s it!
Why Fruit and Veg and why 800g? ....Fruit and Veg consumption are vital to healthy development, disease prevention, and our wellbeing. Fruit and Veg are associated with increased health, loaded with Micronutrients, super important for our training as CrossFitters. This challenge gives us a simple, quantifiable way to hit our recommenced servings of Fruits and Veggies!

HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
Email Coach PH (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Sunday 15th November. He'll add you to the Private Track on SugarWOD so you are ready for Day 1 of the Challenge!
There will be a Zoom meeting after Thursdays 6pm Zoom Class to go over all the challenge rules and answer any questions you may have!!

We will be using SugarWOD to log scores, leaderboard, and fist bump and generally to keep each other motivated throughout the challenge.
After the 4 weeks we will be giving out Prizes for the Top 3 Participants!
